國聯冠軍系列賽第3戰，小熊在主場迎戰道奇隊，儘管地主隊開賽就取得領先，不過道奇攻勢猛烈，最後以6:1擊敗小熊，取得系列賽聽牌優勢。
道奇派出日籍投手達比修有先發，儘管他首局就被Kyle Schwarber轟出陽春砲，不過此役投6.1局，就只失這1分，繳出優質先發。
道奇打線很快做出回應，2局上Andre Ethier擊出右外野方向陽春砲，為球隊追平，且Chris Taylor在下局又轟出陽春彈，道奇將比分超前，且在5、6、8局都有分數進帳，增添保險分。

電子郵件是許多企業接受消費者申訴或詢問的唯一管道。消基會針對網路遊戲、網拍等熱門產業、 23 家企業的電子郵件回覆速度進行調查，部分網拍業者超過 120 小時才會作出回應，考驗消費者耐性，甚至有業者根本無回應。消基會呼籲政府，將網路申訴也列入定型化契約應記載事項，並在企業品質評選時增列「客服機制」。
行動上網時代早來臨，根據台灣網路資訊中心調查，國人使用行動上網比例高達 72.6% ，人數推估約 1,529 萬。不過，消基會今( 22 )日公布企業以電子郵件服務消費者速度的最新調查， 23 家企業中， 2 家對電子郵件發問完全無回應，分別是網路遊戲產業之 PokemonGo 精靈寶可夢以及旅遊業者五福旅行社。
而在拍賣網站中，回覆最快的是 PChome ，花費不超過 10 分鐘，最慢的則是 Yahoo ，兩次測試均超過 100 小時才獲得回應。消基會質疑， Yahoo 是在國內當紅的網拍跨國業者，官網中標示 24 小時內回覆，實際服務卻如此龜速，需要盡速改善。
而在金融業中，消基會測試 8 家，其中 5 家要耗時 20 小時以上才能獲得回覆，又以中華郵政最長 70 小時 41 分表現最差，速度較快的則是國泰人壽以及南山人壽，均在 1.5 小時內回覆電子郵件。
消基會呼籲政府，將網路資訊、客服以及申訴列入定型化契約應記載事項規範，迎合網路時代的快速發展。同時，政府機關在企業品質相關評選或品質提升參考指引中，應增列「客服機制」，包括客服員額或回應時間，作為企業管理或政府監督的指標。
